The management of StukArt Tuinen B.V. strives for optimal business operations, in which meeting the expectations of the customer, working safely and sustainably and delivering quality have the highest priorities. To realize this objective, StukArt Tuinen B.V. has integrated a management system into the organization that is in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015, NEN-EN-ISO 14001:2015.
Also, with respect to safety, the organization holds the VCA** certificate.

Quality, Safety and Environment
Each task is organized in a customer-oriented manner as much as possible, with the greatest attention given to preventing errors. When assigning tasks, management ensures that all employees have the necessary knowledge, data and resources to function optimally and efficiently.
All employees are involved in striving to improve business processes, safety, health and the environment. They will be motivated to bring about improvements in processes and methods. To this end, employees will be trained in principles and methods of improvement wherever possible. Various methods of monitoring and measurement will be used to reflect the extent to which objectives have been achieved.
If changing laws and standards, changes in technology or the environment give cause to do so, we will tighten our Safety, Health and Environment policy. Adjustments will also be made if internal developments give cause to do so.
Our strategy and action plan lists the objectives that further our policy. During the assessment by the management, it will be determined whether the objectives have been realized or whether adjustment is necessary. Given the importance that the management of StukArt Tuinen B.V. attaches to the management system, it has personally charged itself with the supervision and maintenance of the system laid down in this handbook.
Through this statement, the staff is informed of the intentions, which the management has regarding Quality, Safety, Health and Environment. Instruction, consultation and supervision in the aforementioned areas are considered priorities in our operations.
Through feedback of lessons learned, we strive to continuously improve our HSE policy. This policy is disseminated by our company when instructing new employees and annually in a toolbox meeting.
Mr. L. Kinkel acts as quality coordinator and Mr. W. de Wit acts as VGM officer.
The working methods laid down in this manual apply to all assignments accepted and work to be performed by StukArt Tuinen B.V.
Sustainability
StukArt Tuinen B.V. is committed to establishing and continuously improving its business operations in the area of sustainability. In the working methods for purchasing and outsourcing we have established that we base our choices for resources and products to be used partly on sustainable properties and the sustainability of suppliers involved. Where possible, we use contractors who can demonstrate that they operate in a sustainable manner. We look at the use of sustainability policies and/or sustainability certificates such as FSC/PEFC, CO2 performance ladder, ISO14001.
