What will you do as a landscaper?

When you work at StukArt as a landscaper, you get to work with a fun team(see here who says that) as an “entrepreneur” within the organization. The type of job is very diverse. There are larger jobs that you do together with a larger team. Think of gardens with pools, ponds, large pieces of land and, for example, extensive plans. Of course, there are also smaller jobs that you tackle together as a couple. In addition, you have your own list of maintenance clients. These are mostly long-term relationships where you determine the plan. So the activities are very diverse but all of them are characterized by pleasant work with an eye for results. Does that sound like something for you?

How are you going to do that?

There are now 32 professionally trained specialists working at StukArt so there is always room for you within the team. It may be that you will work in a more managerial role, or that we will place you in a team where you can learn. Depending on your experience and wishes. We work at least in pairs so that you are never alone. In addition, we are open to suggestions. Do you have something specific in mind that can help you grow? Then we would like to think along with you.

We also want to unburden you at work. This means that we invest in good equipment. Here you can think of work clothes, the right tools for the right job and offering the necessary knowledge. On the other hand, this also means the necessary rest when you need it.

So we believe in a healthy work-life balance. You decide how many days a week you work and have the opportunity to work out your own schedule. We also want you to let go of work at the end of the day and go home satisfied.
