StukArt Tuinen B.V. (hereinafter: StukArt) respects your privacy and understands the importance you place on your privacy not being violated. We therefore make every effort to treat and process the data you provide us with confidentiality. Our starting point is to handle and process as little data from you as possible; all for the sake of your privacy.
The provisions of this privacy statement apply to what occurs on our website(https://www.stukart.nl/), if you contact us through the website by contact form or mail, and/or if you enter into a relationship with us as a customer.

Contact moments
If you contact us by email and/or via the contact form on our websites, we will treat this information confidentially. We do register your e-mail address, name and possibly telephone number, but only for the purpose for which you contact us. That is; we need to be able to reach you in order to answer your question. Once we have answered your question, we will either delete the data or store it in the file if a collaboration results from the contact moment. In the case of a collaboration, we will enter into an assignment confirmation/agreement with you, again including how we handle your privacy data.
We will not use the information you provide to contact you unsolicited, nor will we send you an unsolicited newsletter or information regarding our business.
If a cooperation between yourself and our company is established, we will retain your data only to the extent and for as long as necessary for the execution of the contract of assignment.
If no cooperation is established, we will delete your data at the time we determine that no cooperation resulted from the contact moment you had with us.
If you become a customer of our company, we will retain your data until the customer relationship with you ends. We will also delete your data at your request, subject to legal retention periods.
What data?
StukArt may process your personal data because you provide it yourself by filling it out on the contact form on our website, or because you use the services of our company. By using our services, you consent to the processing of personal data by StukArt.
StukArt may process the following personal data:
- First and last name;
- Address information;
- Phone number;
- E-mail address;
- Date of birth;
- Bank information;
- BSN.
Foundations
The personal data of customers are processed on the basis of ‘executing an agreement’, namely: the agreement of assignment as concluded between the customer and StukArt. If no agreement of assignment has yet been concluded between the parties, but its conclusion is in line with expectations, the personal data of the (future) customer will be processed on the basis of ‘legitimate interest’.
Data of (possible) prospective customers who fill out the contact form on the website are processed on the basis of ‘legitimate interest’; after all, the personal data of these prospects are processed in order to (possibly) conclude an agreement between the parties.
Finally, personal data relating to billing, among other things, are processed on the basis of “legal obligation.
What purpose?
StukArt processes your personal data for the purpose of executing an agreement of assignment concluded with you, which also includes contacting you by telephone or in writing (by e-mail or by mail) as a result of this agreement. In case there is no concluded agreement yet, StukArt processes your personal data to make the conclusion of such an agreement possible.
Personal data relating to billing are processed to enable billing and to comply with the legal obligation regarding retention periods.
Term
StukArt does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data are collected. This means that your personal data will be removed immediately once the customer relationship with you comes to an end.
Personal data retained pursuant to a legal obligation, such as financial records and invoices, are retained for the statutory period of 7 years.
Sharing with third parties
StukArt only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement of assignment or the labor agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation. StukArt has processing agreements with all processors of personal data to which these operations are outsourced by our company, in order to guarantee your privacy.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data at any time. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@stukart.nl. StukArt will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within three weeks.
Filing a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority (AP) if StukArt fails to comply with the above.
Security
Because we conduct a lot of electronic communications and store your data on our computers or in the cloud (only with reputable parties that maintain an optimal level of security), it is possible that your data may fall into the hands of third parties (hackers, for example). However, we minimize the chances of this happening as much as possible. For example, our website has a so-called SSL certificate. This is an encryption of communication, so that the information cannot easily fall into the hands of third parties.
Furthermore, we use virus scanners, ensure that the software we use is up to date, and only work with software vendors that have a high level of security.
We have also paid specific attention in physical and organizational terms to the confidentiality of the information you provide to us.
Finally, we have clear agreements with the parties with whom we work about your privacy.
